Safer Internet Day 2015-2016

As part of UK’s Safer Intenet Day the Headteacher conducted an assembly on staying safe online. As part of the assembly the students were challenged to devise three terms and conditions that everyone should sign before accessing the Internet that would make online communities better places.

The students worked in their house groups to complete this task. The house group that devised the most clear rules and expectations winning the task were the Umm-E-Kulthum house.

The three terms and conditions devised by the Umm-E-Kulthum house:

  1. Respect others privacy by not posting anything that would cause a conflict.
  2. Don’t give out your personal info/ if its out there’s no turning back.
  3. Make sure you view and share appropriate content.
